As a Notified Body, Insteam Oy has the authority to approve the qualifications of personnel involved in permanent connections. In the manufacture of pressure equipment, the directive requires third-party involvement in the qualification of personnel making permanent connections for equipment classified in categories II-IV.<\/p>\n<p>Insteam Oy is an accredited inspection body S069 (EN ISO\/IEC 17024).<\/p>\n<p>Qualification of Welders, Welding Operators, and Welding Supervisors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification is carried out in accordance with the following harmonized standards<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SFS-EN ISO 9606-1 Welder Qualification Test.
