Supervisor services
If construction requires a permit or building license, a supervisor is also required for all construction work. The application for the supervisor does not need to be submitted to the building inspection when applying for the building permit; it can be submitted afterward, once the contractors have been selected.
A supervisor must be present for all tasks, including plumbing work (KVV supervisor) and ventilation work. In plumbing and ventilation projects, the contractor’s representative often acts as the supervisor. If the construction work is purchased from a construction company, one of the contractor’s employees will serve as the supervisor. However, if the construction work is done on a self-managed basis, an external supervisor is often needed for the building permit. In such situations, we offer supervisor services.
