Renovation supervision

Housing companies require that renovations of shares must have a supervisor. We offer renovation supervision services to those commissioning the renovation. In our renovation supervision service, we notify the housing company or property manager about the renovation, provide the necessary documents to the property manager, and, most importantly, ensure that the renovation is carried out in accordance with good building practices and building regulations.

We also recommend using a supervisor for renovations of single-family homes. In this case, we monitor that the renovation is done according to the plans and good building practices. During the supervision, we assess in advance how many supervision hours will be needed for the project, so the client knows the cost of supervision in advance.
